Hazard: Testing by Health Canada revealed that the surface paint on the toy contains lead in excess of the allowable limit. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects. |
Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the toy away from children and safely dispose of it with regular household trash so that it cannot be reused.

Hazard: The rechargeable lithium ion battery inside the helicopters can overheat, catch fire, and ignite nearby combustibles, posing fire and burn hazards to consumers. |
Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the toy helicopters.
Innovage will be implementing a recall program under which Canadian consumers will be able to return the toy helicopter for a refund. Consumers must retain the toy to participate in the recall, which will require that it be returned to Innovage, at the company's expense.A supplementary release will be posted, informing consumers of the means through which they can obtain their refund. |
